The NCT is a charity and our antenatal classes are designed to be non‑profit‑making, so margins are extremely tight and cancellations can result in the course running at a loss. We are therefore only able to make refunds in the circumstances described below.

If you are unable to attend the course due to medical reasons or early arrival of the baby BEFORE the course starts, we will refund the full course fee less a 15% administrative charge.

If you only attend a proportion of the course due to medical reasons or early arrival of the baby, we will refund the remaining proportion of the course fee less a 15% administrative charge.

Cancellations for non-medical reasons will be eligible for the following refunds:

• More than two months before the start date of the course: 85% refund

• Between one and two months before the start date of the start of the course: 75% refund

• Between two weeks and one month before the start date of the start of the course: 25% refund

• Less than two weeks before the start of the course: no refund

The NCT also reserves the right to change the venue and teacher at any stage due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of this situation, the booking secretary or the class teacher will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of these changes. However, we are unable to provide refunds in such an event.
