The National Childbirth Trust is the leading charity dealing with pregnancy, birth and early parenthood in the UK.

The Leeds branch of the National Childbirth Trust offers support to parents and parents-to-be through the provision of antenatal classes, early days classes, breastfeeding counsellors, and postnatal groups for both mums and dads.

The Leeds branch has also launched the 'You CAN do it here!' project where we are producing an online database which details all the breastfeeding friendly cafes, museums, leisure centres, etc in Leeds.

New Early Days Classes

NCT Leeds now offers Early Days Classes for parents and carers with babies up to 6 months old.  This is a great way to make new friends and get valuable help and advice.  More information is available on the antenatal pages.
